I have been growing a beard for about 7 months and wanted to get a little trim to ensure even growth for the next 7 months. I was really hessistant to trust anyone to cut it because I am bald and it is all the hair I have. I went into the shop in Andover and had a solid experience. I am less of a people person then most but my stylist Amanda at the Andover MN location took care of me. She had a co-worker on-site so I didn’t feel pressured to have a conversation but also felt comfortable if I wanted to. I got the MVP service and even as a bald guy; it felt good. I left feeling good and my beard is now growing out better and my wife appreciates having clean lines around my jaw and neck.

I check in I asked if my 1st time visit coupon is acceptable they say yes. I wait 15 minutes for mynturn, they sit me down then they say because my hair is past my shoulders that it's an additional $10 for a short trim but maybe if it didn't take as long they wouldn't charge me the extra $10 so really there is no guarantee of the price and you just trying to get $10 out of me which is an absolute crock. Nothing mentioned in store or on your website, utter BS
